How long does delivery take?
After order confirmation, delivery takes up to 2 days in Brahmanbaria, 3 days in Dhaka, and 5 days in other areas.
What are the delivery charges?
Brahmanbaria: ৳80; Dhaka: ৳100; other areas: ৳150. Delivery is free for orders of ৳3,000 or more.
How do I pay?
Please contact us on WhatsApp at 01818757825 for payment instructions. For cash on delivery, the delivery charge is payable in advance. For orders qualifying for free delivery, ৳150 is payable in advance and deducted from the total. Full advance payment is also available. Orders are confirmed after payment is verified.
Can I cancel an order?
Contact us before the order is handed to the courier to cancel it. Any advance paid will be refunded in full within two working days through the original payment method.
What if a product is damaged or I wish to return it?
Inspect your order while the rider is present. Contact us immediately with the rider present and return the product to that rider. If the product is damaged or the return is due to our error, we bear the delivery charge. If you choose to return an otherwise satisfactory product, the regular delivery charge for your zone is deducted from any refund, even if the order qualified for free delivery. Refunds are made within two working days through the original payment method. We do not accept responsibility for damage that occurs after delivery.
