Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed after the required advance payment is verified. Customers may pay in full in advance. For cash on delivery, the delivery charge is paid in advance; for orders of ৳3,000 or more, a ৳150 advance is deducted from the order total.
Delivery
Delivery charges are ৳80 in Brahmanbaria, ৳100 in Dhaka and ৳150 in other areas. Orders of ৳3,000 or more qualify for free delivery. Estimated delivery from order confirmation: up to 2 days in Brahmanbaria, 3 days in Dhaka and 5 days elsewhere.
Inspection and returns
Inspect the product in the presence of the rider. If damaged, incorrect or unwanted, contact us with the rider present and return the product to the same rider. We bear the delivery charge for damaged products or our errors. For a customer-initiated return where we are not at fault, the regular zone delivery charge is deducted from the refund, including for free-delivery orders. We are not responsible for damage after delivery.
Cancellation and refunds
Orders can be cancelled before they are handed to the courier, with the full advance refunded. After dispatch, contact us with the rider present and return the product to the rider; the regular zone delivery charge applies if we are not at fault. Refunds are made within two working days using the original payment method.
